What each one really costs
Taplink's headline prices are €3 and €6 a month, and both are the twelve-month prepaid rate. The list price is €6 for Pro and €12 for Business, and there is no monthly option at all: the shortest term is three months, paid up front. So the real entry cost is €18 for Pro or €36 for Business, not €3 or €6. Their FAQ explains the minimum in their own words.
Linktotem publishes for free, and Starter is €5 a month, cancel whenever, or €50 for a year if you'd rather. If you stop paying, your page stays online on the free plan.
The other thing to count is what sits on Business: taking payments, lead forms, the CRM, removing Taplink's branding and using your own domain. If you need payments or no branding, you're comparing €72 a year against our €50, not €36 against €50 — and lead forms are free on ours.
Where Taplink is better
Like ours, its free plan publishes, and its paid plan is cheaper than ours if you commit to a year. For a page that only needs links, a map and a price list, it's good value.
Its dashboard has been in Portuguese — both kinds — for years, alongside a dozen other languages. We have three.
It's a mature product with a lot of small conveniences, and it reaches Brazil well.
Moving from Taplink
The blocks map across almost one to one, so this is mostly copying text. Do it before your three months run out rather than after you've renewed.
- Copy your links, your price list and your map address.
- Rebuild the page here from a template for your niche.
- Add the things Taplink couldn't do: opening hours that show if you're open now, a booking button.
- Move any payment link to your own Stripe account.
- Update your social profiles, then let the Taplink term lapse.
