What each one really costs
Beacons starts at nothing and rises to $100 a month: Creator at $10, Creator Plus at $30, Creator Max at $100, each cheaper if you pay for the year. Linktotem publishes for free; Starter, where selling starts, is €5 a month or €50 a year, and Pro is €12.
The catch on Beacons is the seller fee, and it's the same catch as everywhere: the free plan and the $10 plan keep 9% of what you sell. A creator selling €1.000 a month on the "free" plan pays €90 that month — nine times our Starter subscription. To get to 0% you take the $30 Creator Plus plan, which is six times our Starter price.
Beacons prices in dollars and shows no euro price, so what you pay in Portugal depends on the card rate and on tax, which its pricing page doesn't state.
Where Beacons is better
Its free plan lets you sell from day one, and it has far more tools than we do: a media kit builder, invoices, an email sender, AI writing, link shortening, a small website builder. If you want one subscription to run a creator business, that breadth is real.
Its custom domain arrives at $10 a month; ours comes with Pro at €12 a month, together with 5 pages. On this row the two are close.
For creators who work with brands, the media kit and rate-card tooling are more mature than anything we have.
Moving from Beacons
Nothing imports automatically. The links take minutes; what takes thought is deciding which of Beacons' extra tools you actually used.
- List what you really use in Beacons — the link page, or the email and invoice tools too.
- Rebuild the page here from a template, replacing the example content.
- Move whatever you sell to your own Stripe account, so nobody takes a cut but Stripe.
- Point your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links at the new page.
- Keep Beacons for the tools you still need, or close it once the page has moved.
