Link in bio for real estate agents

Buyers want to see homes; sellers want to know what theirs is worth. This template serves both, with your listings near the top and a valuation form that brings in new sellers.

What's on the page, and why

  1. 1

    Message me

The page opens with a direct line. The WhatsApp message starts with "I'd like to know more about", so the lead tells you which home they mean. Buyers ask more when it feels like a chat and not a form.

  2. 2

    Featured homes

Under a "Featured homes" heading, three listings as link buttons with thumbnails. Each one shows type, size, area and price in one line and goes to the full listing. Three is enough to show your range without turning the page into a portal. Swap them as homes sell, so the page always shows what's available.

  3. 3

    See all listings

One plain button to the complete list on your agency site or portal profile. People who didn't find their home above know where the rest are.

  4. 4

    Free valuation form

Name, phone and the property address, in a form that opens in a window. Sellers are where your listings come from, and a no-obligation valuation is a small first step for them. The request reaches you and you call back. Ask only for what you need to prepare that call.

  5. 5

    Client reviews

Two short quotes from a buyer and a seller, with their situation. In a business built on trust, a few words from a real client carry more weight than a list of awards. Replace the examples with your own clients' words, with their permission.

  6. 6

    Social icons

Instagram, LinkedIn and email. Referrals often come from other professionals, and LinkedIn is where they check you out.

The order that brings in leads

Contact first, because the best leads already want to talk. Listings next, since that's why most buyers tapped. The valuation form sits below them: it's the one block aimed at new business rather than current stock, and sellers will scroll to reach it.

Link your portals, keep your leads

Point listing buttons at your ads on Zillow or Realtor.com, on Idealista, Imovirtual or Casa Sapo in Portugal, on ZAP Imóveis, Viva Real or OLX in Brazil, or at your agency's site. The portals stay where the searching happens; your page is where your followers land. Valuation requests come straight to you. The page's QR code fits on "for sale" boards and flyers, and clicks per link show which listing drew the most interest this week.

What to write in a real estate agent's bio

Name the area and who you help: "Helping families buy and sell in Cascais for 12 years." Place names matter, because people search Instagram and Google by neighbourhood.

Add your agency and licence number where your market requires it, and keep one link to your page. Share new listings in stories with the link sticker, then save them in a "Homes" highlight. A short line on the languages you speak helps foreign buyers.

Turn every listing post into a lead source

Each time you post a home, update its button on the page the same day. The post creates interest; the page holds the details and the button to message you. Use a photo from the post as the button's thumbnail, so people recognise the home.

When a home sells, rename its button to "Sold" and point it at the valuation form. Neighbours who hear about a sale nearby start wondering what their own place is worth.

Mistakes to avoid

A page with twenty listings. Nobody scrolls through that many on a phone. Show three and link the rest. Pick the homes that best match the people who follow you.

Out-of-date prices. If a price drops or a home goes under offer, change the line on the page. A lead who arrives with the wrong price starts the conversation annoyed.

FAQ

Questions

What should a real estate agent put in the link in bio?

A way to contact you, a few current listings, a link to all of them and something for sellers, like a valuation form. Reviews help people who don't know you yet.

Can I link my listings on Idealista, Zillow or ZAP Imóveis?

Yes. Each listing button can point to any address, including portal ads and your agency's site.

How do I find sellers on Instagram?

Offer something useful, like a free valuation, and make it easy to ask for. The form takes a name, a phone number and an address.

Do I still need a website?

Many agents use this page as their personal site, especially with a custom domain. Your full listings can stay on the agency's site. Put the domain on your cards and in your email signature.

Can I add client testimonials?

Yes. The testimonials block shows a name, a short context and a quote. Use real words from real clients, with their permission.

Can I put the page on a board or flyer?

Yes. Download the page's QR code and print it. Anyone who scans it lands on your listings and your contact.
