Will you find me a new job?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they will. I help you work out what you want and plan the move. The decisions and the job search stay yours.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. We look forward, at work and decisions. If something heavier comes up, I'll say so and suggest you talk to a therapist.

How do I know if I need the programme or a single session?

A single session is for one decision. The programme is for when you don't yet know what the decision is. The free call is there to work that out.

Is it all online?

Yes, by video call. I'm based in Lisbon and keep two evenings a week for people who can't talk during working hours.

What if I change my mind?

Single sessions can be moved up to 24 hours before. For the programme, a full refund until the first session.

What a DM link does

A DM link skips the steps between "I'm interested" and "I sent a message": no searching for your profile, no tapping Message. One tap and the chat with you is open. That's why shops, freelancers and creators put one in their bio, their stories and their ads.

The link for each app

Instagram: ig.me/m/yourname opens a chat with you. Telegram: t.me/yourname, or t.me/+ and your number, and both can carry a first message. Messenger: m.me/yourpage. Signal: signal.me with your number. SMS: a link that opens the phone's messages app with your number and text.

Which apps can write the first message

Telegram and SMS open with your text in the box, ready to send. Instagram, Messenger and Signal open the chat empty — a link can't write for them. There, tell people what to send next to the link ("DM me PRICES"): it works just as well and makes replies easier to sort.

Where to use it

In your bio and link-in-bio page, as a sticker link in stories, on the button of an ad, in your email signature and on printed material as a QR code: a flyer, a menu, a shop window or a business card.

How do I make an Instagram DM link?

Put your username after ig.me/m/: ig.me/m/yourname. Pick Instagram here, type your username and copy the link.

Can the link write the first message on Instagram?

No. Instagram links open the chat empty. Put the suggested message next to the link instead, like "DM me PRICES".

How do I make a Telegram link with a message?

Add ?text= and your message to your t.me link: t.me/yourname?text=Hi. Pick Telegram here and type the message; we encode it for you.

Can I use a phone number for Telegram?

Yes, as t.me/+ and your number, but it only works if your privacy settings let people find you by number. A @username always works.

What is an m.me link?

Messenger's short link: m.me/ plus your page's or profile's username opens a chat with you in Messenger.

Does it work for WhatsApp?

WhatsApp has its own tool: our WhatsApp link generator makes wa.me links with a first message and a QR code.

Do the links expire?

No. They're the apps' own addresses: they work as long as your username or number stays the same.
