Send brands a link, not an attachment

A PDF gets buried in an inbox. A Linktotem page keeps your media kit one tap from your bio — your numbers, your best work, your rates and a contact form — and shows you who opened it.

  • Your numbers are waiting on your page when you sign up
  • Update them in seconds when you grow — no new PDF
  • A contact form so brands reach you, not your DMs

How to use it

  1. 1

    Say who you are

Your name, what you do and a line about what your audience gets from you. A photo helps brands put a face to the numbers.

  2. 2

    Add your numbers

Followers, engagement and average views for each platform you use. Your audience's gender, age and location are in your insights.

  3. 3

    Show your work and rates

The brands you've worked with and a price per format — or leave prices out and quote each brand.

  4. 4

    Download and send

Pick a colour and download a one-page PDF, ready to attach when a brand asks for your media kit.

What a media kit is

A media kit is a creator's CV for brands: one page that says who you are, how many people you reach, who those people are and what working with you costs. When a brand's marketing team is choosing between twenty creators, the one with a clear page is the one that's easy to say yes to.

It doesn't need to be long. Brands look for four things: your numbers per platform, whether your audience matches their customers, proof that other brands trusted you, and how to reach you. This generator puts exactly those on one A4 page.

What to put in yours

Start with your followers on each platform, but don't stop there: engagement rate and average views say more about what a brand will get than followers alone. If you don't know your engagement rate, our free calculator works it out from your last posts.

Then the audience: the share of women, the main age group and the top countries or cities. You'll find all three in Instagram's and TikTok's insights. A brand selling in Portugal wants to see Portugal on that list.

Finish with proof and prices. Brands you've worked with, even small local ones, show you can deliver. Rates are optional — some creators prefer to quote each brand — but a price per format saves a round of emails. Our money calculator suggests one if you're not sure.

Common mistakes

Numbers from last year. Update your kit every month or two; a brand that checks your profile and finds different numbers stops trusting the page.

Too much text. Brands skim. One or two lines about you is enough — let the numbers and the brands do the talking.

No way to reply. Put an email you actually read on the kit. A media kit that ends without a contact is a dead end.

PDF, PNG or a link?

Send the PDF when a brand asks for one by email — it's what agencies expect. Use the PNG in DMs, where a PDF is one tap too many. And keep the same information on your link in bio, so a brand that finds you on their own can see it without asking.

Private by design

Your media kit is drawn in your browser. Your photo, your numbers and your rates are never uploaded or stored by us.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an influencer media kit?

A one-page document that shows brands your audience size and engagement per platform, who your audience is, the brands you've worked with, your rates and how to contact you.

Is this media kit generator free?

Yes. No account, no watermark on the kit, and no limit on downloads.

Do I need a lot of followers to have a media kit?

No. Small accounts with engaged audiences get brand deals, and a clear media kit helps most when your numbers are modest, because it shows the engagement and audience that make you worth it.

Should I put my rates in my media kit?

It's up to you. Rates save time and filter out brands that can't pay; leaving them out lets you quote each brand. Many creators put "from" prices.

Where do I find my audience's age and gender?

In Instagram's professional dashboard (Insights › Total followers) and in TikTok's Analytics (Followers tab). Both need a creator or business account.

How often should I update my media kit?

Every month or two, and before any big pitch. Numbers that don't match your profile make brands doubt the rest.

Can I edit the PDF afterwards?

The PDF is a finished page. To change something, come back, update the fields and download it again — nothing is saved on our side, so keep this tab open while you work.
