Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Linktotem is operated by Guilherme Luz, Portugal. Contact: support@linktotem.com.

1. The service

Linktotem lets you create a public page that groups links and content (a "page") at an address under our domain. These terms are a contract between you and the operator identified below, and they apply whenever you create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Linktotem.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact address below if you believe someone else is using it.

One person or organisation per account. Usernames are allocated on a first-come basis; we may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or stay unused on unpublished pages for a long time.

3. Plans, trials and payment

Building a page is free. Publishing it requires a paid subscription, which starts with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial your payment method is charged for the plan you chose, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your page stays published until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails we keep your page online for 7 days while we retry. After that the page goes offline until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may include VAT depending on your country. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put on your page. You give us a licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to run the service, including caching and generating previews such as social share images.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Linktotem for phishing, scams, malware, spam, impersonation, selling counterfeit goods, or content that is illegal where you or your visitors are.

We check links against safety services and may hide a link, hide a page or suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually with notice, immediately when there is risk to visitors. You can appeal by writing to us.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Linktotem available at all times but cannot guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely we will give at least 60 days' notice and let you export your content.

7. Liability

Linktotem is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, or damages caused by third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for consumer rights that apply in your country.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can terminate accounts that break these terms. After deletion, your page goes offline immediately and your data is erased within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless the law gives you the right to another forum. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Linktotem after that means you accept the new terms.
